Lol, no it's not 10/10 because Hoshi is perfect on both sides (although he is)-- it's 10:10 like the time because if you look at a clock, they're saying his eyes slant up at the 10th hour and minute. So that's why during his intro at concerts he screams "What time is it?" and Carats yell back "10:10."

So glad you're finally watching 17 Project! Just right on time when their anthology album is now released :)) As for Hoshi, you also got a glimpse of why he's dubbed as a tiger leader... like the boy had to somehow take the responsibility of their performance. Someone messes up, it's on him too.
