Once the month-long gestational period of the Tailor Mimic's offspring is complete, it is time for them to be birthed. The Tailor Mimic parent then guides its host to a suitably safe and comfortable location, and once she has been secured for the safety of herself and the Tailor Mimic's brood, it begins the birthing process by feeding her a special aphrodisiac and providing her with sexual stimulation. Her subsequent orgasms help the Tailor Mimic larvae to emerge, in turn stimulating further climaxing and further birthing until all offspring have exited. 

Although Tailor Mimic larvae are technically developmentally mature at birth, they require sustenance in order to begin assuming new forms, and typically take to suckling milk from the host's breasts for the nourishment needed to shapeshift, after which they will depart and begin the cycle anew. In the meantime, the parent Tailor Mimics, having developed strong bonds with and affinities for their hosts, will oftentimes remain as close companions to them even after freeing them from most restrictions, potentially initiating further rounds of reproduction under the right conditions in the future.
