Rescue Pet: "Cola" Age: 21

Status: Owner and accessories are charged for fraudulent application, Pet under HPPS care until enter full re-training in obedience school with additional 5 years service time.

Sometime people care about a service pet too much that they are willing to break the law to own one. Many time its someone close to the pet's previous life. Family.

Such as the case of Cola, after a year of training, she was assigned to a home fairy quickly, through selective high paying owner application. Abnormally quick. After a tip off by the new owner's neighbor, an investigation was launched into the ownership application, which was found to be a fraudulent application, hiding the real owner's info.

Cola's previous family member bribed a high ranking official in the obedience school and made a false application to acquired her. Cola was found hiding in a remote apartment, under the care of her false owner, all the while all party involved were breaking additional dozens of human service pet regulations on pet's treatment and disciplinary by tempering with the PetSitter and treating the pet like human.

The family member and the bribed official were quickly charged and sentenced to jail. The investigation continues to find more of Cola's family members relate to the crime.

Cola is currently under the care of HPPS and requires extensive retraining and "attitude adjustment", reminding her of her duty until her place in the obedience school is ready very soon.

This week's rescue is pretty late because I got caught up with everything else, and the caretaker number were a bit low before. My apologies.
