In the post credit scene last episode Elaine asked him to repeat what he told her before one last time. As Ban was about to say "I'm gonna take/kidnap you" she died so that's why he wanted to see her again and tell her that in necropolis.

About the whole "I take whats mine" stuff. Netflix somehow really translated this weirdly, especially using different translations each time it was said. Elaine back in the flashback wished that Ban came to steal her instead of the fountain, to wich Ban replied that he would do that. When Elaine was dying he was trying to tell her that one day he will steal her but she died before he could finish. Only when they met in the Capital of the dead he finally managed to tell her that "one day he will steal he", sure other translations aren't wrong but I feel like it was a pretty deliberate choice to have elaine wish to be stolen away by him instead of the fountain and then Ban promising her that he will do so one day, no matter the cost.
