Ichigo is Aizen's side project for so long. Aizen snuck Isshin with that reatsu concealing robe btw, that Urahara first used in pendulum flashback arc.

Aizen is transcendent. As he said at the end of the fight with Ichigo, the hogyoku determined he no longer needs a zanpaktou. When he said that he was ascending to the same level as Ichigo in Mugetsu, where they become one with their zanpaktou and it's powers... he was actually RIGHT. Think about it, how/when did Aizen put Yhwach under hypnosis? When Yhwach was meeting with him... for the FIRST TIME. He didn't have his sword out then, all Yhwach did was look at Aizen. Aizen used to put people under the hypnosis of his Shikai by showing them his Shikai release, but he didn't have his sword when Yhwach showed up. But that didn't matter, because, as he claimed, he's one with his Zanpaktou now. So all Yhwach had to do was look at Aizen, like people used to have to look at his sword release, and boom, he's under hypnosis just from looking at Aizen. And what did Aizen do, while Yhwach was in the room with him? Manipulate his sense of the FLOW OF TIME! That is NOT one of the basic five senses that his Shikai lets him control! The only reason he weakened enough for Urahara's seal to kick in, was because Ichigo was RIGHT when he said that he only felt loneliness from Aizen's sword, and that deep down part of him wanted to lose. So, the Hogyoku, the ultimate wish-granter, granted that deep, subconscious desire to lose. If you think about it, in the Aizen vs Ichigo fight, we saw that there are actually four stages of Zanpaktou. The normal two of Shikai and Bankai, and then the Transcendent two, the first being where the sword becomes merged with their arm, and the second being where they merge with their sword and it's powers, and the two become one. We'll never see Aizen's Bankai, but what does that matter, when the man is sitting there permanently two stages BEYOND Bankai!
