hi! some wips and doodles i plan to (hopefully) finish soon.

contrary to what i thought, october has been pretty stagnant compared to the previous year: i'm usually very productive around the end of the year as colder weather approaches, but i've been very overwhelmed and confused art wise.

in the past couple years i've experimented little by little, changing the way i approach some steps or subjects, however i'm at a point where i don't really enjoy drawing much.
or, better: i do enjoy drawing, but i don't know who i'm doing it for --- it feels like i lost my spark and i'm trying to bring it back, but art block isn't helping and i'm only getting slower and slower with illustrations.

puppy is in training and i'm working on some commissions, which makes sketching personal art almost impossible, and the fact hat i don't have any other "brand" characters like mongrel makes it hard for me to doodle freely as i always have to search for design inspiration first. it makes the drafting process so extremely overwhelming and long and i love interest in drawing.

i'll see a psychologist soon, though!
a friend of mine recommended him to me, and i hope to get finally diagnosed with adhd so i can ask for some medications and/or methods to stay focused and get better because it came to a point where i can't do anything else other than getting overwhelmed by anything.

it's a very tiring period and i wanted to thank you guys for sticking with me!

hopefully after this is over, i can start focusing on some exclusive patreon content too. All these illusts i want to finish and so little time to do it.

Hope you like these, meanwhile!

Do what you need to do. Maybe you are focusing too much on your art block, and in itself is making it worse? Idk I'm not a psychologist or anything. Either way, take care of yourself first. Take some time off (like a long weekend), or try something totally new to shake things up. Sometimes just getting out of the monotony of it all is enough to rejuvenate :)

As long as you're working on yourself and coming to a better point in life, the phrase "it's temporary" remains true. Take your time to learn and overcome what troubles you; we're still here and support you :D

these all look great!! But @ your own health: I hope the psychologist will be able to help you out. As someone who has ADHD and only got diagnosed 2 years ago, I know how much of a struggle it can be. I'm always willing to lend and ear or share experiences though, if needed!

Honestly, no one would be upset if you needed a while away from art till you feel like your mental health is in a better place. I have ADHD so I know how it feels to have a super clouded mind or everything going through your mind all at once

You are the most important person in your own life so take care of you first don't rush it fix your issues first and you'll be at a better place to draw and or do what you love. Cheering you on stay healthy maz!!
