hehehe... i've got another mongrel art!!

i always feel that mongrel's the only one who pushes me to draw things differently, so i wanna draw him more often as i'm trying to improve!
i'm pretty happy with everything here, which didn't happen in a while! especially hair, which i tried to shade in a sliiightly different way - if you notice, it has a lot of smaller bits than how i previously shaded it, which made it look a bit more cartoony.

i also tried gradient maps on SAI! well, kind of, since it's handmade.
i made it by copy-pasting the finished pic before overpainting, lowering saturation so it was black and white, and then applying a pink multiply layer first and a dark blue screen layer after to obtain a duo tone!
Then i used this gradient on both overlay and multiply mode ^__^
Kind of a complex process but i think it really helped the colors.
