Adventure Overview

A watchtower in the city of Bharzul has been struck by a lightning bolt which has opened a portal to the Elemental Plane of Air. The guards posted at the tower are outmatched against the elemental forces that now run rampant within its walls. 

This adventure is set in the city of Bharzul in the Cartosia campaign setting, but the names of people, places, and locations can be changed to adapt the adventure to any high-fantasy urban environment.
