This is the complete variant set for this weeks maps. It includes high resolution Day, Night, Snow, Clean and Tile variants of every level.

Background

Once the home of Jodak Freesong and his family, the windmill was a primary source of food and income for the town. Maybe it was targeted for this reason, or perhaps it was merely a random attack. The entire side of the mill tower and its sails have crashed to the ground.

No sign of the Freesongs remains, but one would hope they fled with the others. However, the cavern and tunnels that existed below the mill seem to have caved in, the entrance fully collapsed, so that route would likely have been closed to them. At the very least the top floor of the mill will provide a lookout platform and could be defended from any attacks in the night.

Design Notes

Jodaks Mill Ruins 01 Ground Floor

• 01 – Windmill Ground Floor – This floor is still mostly intact, but the shelves and other furniture have been destroyed. A grate seems to have led to a lower cavern, but it is completely caved in.
• 02 – Collapsed Windmill – The entire upper western side of the mill has fallen to the ground, taking the mill sails with it. The building would have to almost be entirely rebuilt to serve its former purpose again.
• 03 – Storage Yard – Broken crates and barrels have been looted. Some supplies may remain if the collapsed section of the storage building above can be shifted.
• 04 – Mill House Ground Floor – The house has sustained less damage than the windmill, but has still clearly been ransacked.
• 05 – Barn – If the horses were in here during the attack they have fled. The outhouse that was attached to the barn seems to have been deliberately toppled over the cliff edge.

Jodaks Mill Ruins 02 Upper Floor

• 06 – Windmill Upper Floor – Now open to the elements the equipment is quickly weathering. The remaining structure feels sturdy enough that it won’t fall imminently, but caution should be taken if climbing around up here.
• 07 – Mill House Upper Floor – In a similar state to the lower floor of the house. All valuables have either been rescued or looted and the remaining furniture smashed.
• 08 – Collapsed Storage Building – This raised building would have been used as a storage room for the grain and flour. The supports have been systematically knocked out to cause this collapse.
