Tom, thank you so much for these amazingly useful tutorials, but even more so for doing them WELL. I can't tell you what it is to watch a tutorial where the information is presented in a friendly and accessible way and yet clearly, without unnecessary digressions, asides, lengthy irrelevant tangents, and endless "umms," "ers," and ahhhhh..." I don't know if you're a natural, or if you plan out or script your tutorials, but rather way, they're gems!

Thanks so much Brian! I don't have scripts, but I do plan the video out with bullet points in advance. Some basic editing helps remove the unnecessary stuff too!

2022-02-04 10:55:33 However you do it, it's top notch. I've worked with Photoshop and Illustrator since their first versions, but you still managed to show me some new techniques (and even features) that have upped my own map making significantly. I'm working on modern settings, for Call of Cthulhu and Mutants & Masterminds (superheroes), a style which I really need and yet one that seems woefully underserved currently... I like what little you've done yourself in that area, and it's inspired me to get going on my own stuff!
