COVID-19 (Patreon)

Hi Everyone,

If you are like me, you are probably sick of hearing about the Corona Virus already, but it is affecting all of us in ways we could not have imagined just a few weeks ago, so I feel it would be remiss of me to not discuss the impacts it is having.

Like many people, my partner recently lost her job due to the pandemic and the measures that the local government has taken in an attempt to slow its impact. Now I'm the sole earner in our household. Because of this, I am immeasurably grateful to all of you for your ongoing support in enabling us to have some semblance of normality in this moment. 

However, I know that this is likely affecting many of you as well and I want to make sure you are all prioritising your own health and welfare. If you need to temporarily cancel or reduce the amount you are contributing each month, I will absolutely understand. I will continue to put out free maps every week as usual. I think having a form of escapism is more important than it has ever been, and we are all very fortunate to have TTRPGs in our lives.

For those that are able to continue, I will still be providing the same content and services each week. There may be a slight adjustment in the order in which I am planning to release maps in the next two or three weeks, as my partner and I currently live abroad and are anticipating having to travel home at short notice any time. This will not have any effect on the quality or quantity of content however, it will only mean that the next few map sets might be a bit of a mixed bag in terms of theme.

I am currently self-isolating like most of the world, and it is very important that we are able to continue having some level of contact and social interaction. We are all working hard right now to protect our physical health, might we must also be aware of our mental health. I don't have a Discord channel connected to my Patreon, but if you are looking for a great group of like-minded people to chat to about TTRPGs, Video Games, Movies or just how your day is going, I invite you to join Domille's  'DWW' server and Mr Valor's 'Fantasy Maps' channel (Links below). Both Domille and Mr Valor are fantastic members and leaders of our community and generally great people, who have gathered lots of other wonderful people around them.
