upd: added stocking version

Remake of the "Elegant Jill - Blue Silk" mod. I decided to make a remake of this mod. Mod has been around for a long time, since then I have seriously improved my skill and many new techniques have appeared). Thanks to subscriber K.D. who pushed me to create a remake.

What's new: 

• I redid the skirt. 
• Jill's body is replaced with BP4's body. Now you can use new skin add-ons (tattoos, etc.). 
• added new physics. 
• Removed trash from her belt (walkie-talkie, knife, etc.)
