2021: Onward and Upwards (Patreon)

You guuuuys. This is it. The end of the year. 

Happy new year to all of you! 

I truly, truly hope 2021 brings you good health, joy, and I hope we can all eventually get back to a more normal way of living.

I'm sick of virtual hugs and want real ones.

Thank you for being a part of this Patreon page during what has sometimes felt like the apocalypse. Thank you for keeping my head above water and for giving me the opportunity to keep working through it all.

Over the last two months, life has revolved around our newborn son, Dante. I'm afraid any pictures I have to post are of him. haha! It's been a terrifying yet glorious time. Things that seemed impossibly difficult the 1st month are now starting to get easier by the end of the 2nd. (I only tried putting on a diaper backwards once this week. Yay, progress!)

The rhythm of life is completely different right now, but I look forward to learning how to work in these new circumstances. I have a feeling the limited time will force me focus and be more efficient.

Crappity crap. Dante woke up.

PS: I wasn't able to update you before, but Austin Wintory invited me to be part of a "ghost choir" along with other folks like Troy Baker from Last of Us, for a game called Pathless! It looks like a beautiful game. It's out now. :) Here's a link to the track. We start singing at 3:06. Not sure if you'll be able to make out my voice among the rest, but it's a lovely song!

Aaaand I got to do vocal editing for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. A zombie song by Kevin Sherwood called "Alone." It was fun to be 9 months pregnant editing metal music. hahaha!
