Hey everyone!
It's gonna be a big month for me. This week is my last week at my day job and I'll finally be able to start working on Patreon work full time!
I gotta say, it's as exciting as it is terrifying, but this is something I needed to do for a long time. Honestly, I can't wait to be able to invest myself fully into my own projects and make then as good as I can.
My plan is to mainly focus on DoC, while exploring some future concepts to prototype and building a full skillset for making games in a modern engine on my own. I've been a Gameplay Programmer for the game industry for about 9 years now, just gotta work on the 3D art aspect more.
As for what's coming for February's release though, I want to add more content featuring Abel, with some hooks towards the eventual true ending of the game.
I also want to sit down and fully rebalance fight moves and abilities. There's been some broken features ever since the combat rework that I never had time to tackle, but next week I can actually sit down and spend entire work days on giving it the love those features need. <3
