^ Here is their headsup on what they plan to do with Patreon. There is a section concerning "Pay Upfront" that everyone should read since My Patreon is set to pay upfront. In the future it looks like they will be dumping creator's into this set up regardless.

I will keep folks up to date when they decide to add my page into that system. Apparently its a slow rollout and not immediately to everyone. My rewards won't be effected by this change, but also I do not know if people who are currently a patreon will have their charge date changed from the 1st to when they signed up. 

I am hoping that current users will stay on the current date as to not confuse the daylights out of everyone. I'll 100% be sure to keep track of this news so that folks don't get sucker punched out of nowhere.
