September Commission outlook

I'm going to only be opening for YCHs for September because Ima be toothless and healing  that month. My PUMPKIN ych will be opened during that time. pumpkin is a Halloween season only YCH that will only be available Sept-Oct. The first opening will be around the 25th of August.
