This has definitely been a challenging week, but I should get a new video out by Friday. The topic is Void Indigo, a miniseries from 1984 that was cancelled after only two issues! At first I thought it would be a tiny portion of a Steve Gerber retrospective but then it became its own thing.

Next, I have collected all your questions from the Q&A thread and I think I may have to do a dedicated video answering them instead of a livestream. I want to do a livestream but I'm not sure when I would have an hour or two to stream in the next few days. If I can, I will. But it might have to be a video type of thing.

Finally, there's the joy of dealing with copyright claims. I used a snippet of the Akira movie in a video (Totally Awesome 80's) and, after months of being available, it was hit with a copyright claim. Exposure is being limited and, naturally, no monetization for me. So, I'm forced to blur that portion of the video and send it in for another review. I could challenge it on the grounds of it being transformative, but I can't be bothered to go through that circus again. It's not the first time I've had to address copyright claims.

So, yeah...the joy of being a YouTube producer. Nothing like a faceless entity taking all your revenue because of a twenty second (or less) portion of a twenty-one minute video.

I hope everyone is having a wonderful day and I will talk to you later!
