New changes to the Patreon Page! Pt.2 (Patreon)

As promised last month, changes have been introduced within this Patreon Page, mainly on the Tier page:

1) There are now two 'middle tiers' that have been added (Gulag Border Guard for 3€ and Gulag Chief for 7€) with a few new features added for each of these two but also some of the other Tiers:
A) The Gulag Border Guard tier offers the old features of the Gulag Officer tier, and the Gulag Officer Tier now offers the chance to Suggestions up to 2k words rather than just 1.5k;
B) The Gulag Chief Tier allows for Commission Priority, the service meant to provide a priority when it comes to get a commission slot for the commission months if available. The same extents to the highest tier, Gulag Commander;

2) Monthly Polls have now been shifted out for Weekly Polls. This means that Polls will be far more frequent and now all tiers from Gulag Border Guard to above will grant the patrons the chance to offer suggestions for the Polls.

This is an experimental change, and this may see further expansion in the future if needed. Right now I have not much planned to add further, but this may change in due time as I look more on the matter.
