My attempt at doing something different with the posing, it fits her character but is it too motion-y for a VN?

I think variation is good. Everyone's frozen in time as long as there's a line of text, I think a different pose much like that one would hardly be within any single person's scope of critique.

I personally like the style and think it makes things a lil different so over all have little to no faults on this

I doubt if it'd be too motion-y. I think the dialog box would likely cover the more dynamic parts of the design during a regular playthrough.
