Captain of a special forces group of the Erzad, Devi Oza is often sent on lone missions as both a warrior and a representative of the Erzad across Greater Alabasta. Like all Erzad she is without a clan sash and is loyal to the Erzad to the extreme. Not much is known about Devi's past and it's best not to inquire as it is with all the Erzad. The Sail in the Desert ~ The Vagabond is a story that was initially a stretch goal for the Dizzy Hearts 2013 Kickstarter. The goal was to lay the ground work for the story of The Vagabond set in Alabasta, the same country as The Menagerie.
