Well the podcast has always been my favorite i use it at the gym right before i use 1 of your custom workouts. Seems like the gym is were i have the most anxiety it kinda puts you right there with me like im at the Tyson Majestic Muscle Gym lol im not looking around to see if anyone is noticing that im useing machines mostly or if anyone is noticing my limp or my fatigue disposition. ive reach some big milestones this past 2 months myself ive took my navy contacts out and replaced with clear like it was a huge step with these wierd Cajun peridot eyes i got like you said just be yourself. So you know if i can do that im sure i can go to the Planet without putting myself in another world. Like so what who gives fuck what a bunch of Gym Bros think about me im truly lucky i can go at all and im gonna be happy with just that from here on out . I got the counts and customs so im just gonna enjoy the gym and every nerd it has to offer fuck Toxic Bros ! Im on vacation for the rest of the month and gonna practice just being me faults and all thanks for your past podcast and all your advice your Amazing !

Just like with most things you pay for, especially things that affect and evaluate your health, it is a process. As far as this type of therapy, I always thought it was geared more toward helping you change your overall mindset on what is happening and how you approach it. I've also heard that therapy isn't for everyone, and that's ok, as long as you get something out of it - whether it be just that it isn't for you or that you learn some tools to help with coping and decide that's enough for this stage or milestone and your life and leave it at that - or whether you continue going to therapy for years on end. I think as long as there is some realization that takes place, there is still some value in it. It might not be what was expected, but at least you can say you did it and have that memory to draw from when making life decisions in the future. Of course this is all just my opinion or what I've heard from others about their thoughts regarding therapy, but I hope you use those tools to make the decision that's best for you. Stay well 💗😊
