RKN-chan (Patreon)

Concept of RKN-chan (RosComNadzor-chan). I guees, it needs some explanation. In  Russia there is a state organization called Roskomnadzor. That was not good or bad, but last time they made  many people mad in Russia.  They  have equated hentai to child pornography, blocked all torrents, blocked pornohub, and blocked many groups with adult arts in "vkontakte" (russian social media). That generated many sad memes about this organization in russian internet.
