The correct syntax of the barbarian's statement would be "Don't worry noble girl. It's just a scratch." It you want to make her sound more primitive (like Grash) you could have her say "Don't worry noble girl. It just a scratch".

It wouldn't make sense for someone to say Of course I don't worry about you. They would say "Of course I'm not worried about you.".

You should have her say "need you to able able to cover my back" or "need you to cover my back".
