Patreon's FILTER for audience manager doesn't count people who are still cloud members, but canceled! it shows them as FREE! so if I wanted them to have access on the site, I have to look through EVERYONE to see who still has cloud benefits under the free category....
I just realized one of my members who has cloud, but expires next month wasn't on the email list...and it was because of the filter settings not applying people who still have active cloud access!
So the email system is off the table thanks to patreon not doing it's filters right, even doing pledge amount or setting as active is the same as filtering by tier and leaves out canceled members...
Only way to try for email is manually adding people one by one as they subscribe and cancel.
if I did batch import on the website well it will only have the members who haven't canceled.
