The next Gen Poser which can detect hands and allows you to adjust the fingers as well!
This is what it looks like, It allows me to fix images up by controlling where the limbs, face, and hands go and adjust fingers and face expressions as well!

Then use Adetailer on hands and face to touch it up. Hands were almost pointless to use Adetailer on due to them looking terrible where the detailer can't determine where each fingers are.

As for the detection model for intercourse that will have to wait, I realized their is alot more training I would need to do so im holding off on it. On the plus side I managed to get better intercourse by using Adetailer a bit diffrently.
