We're almost finished with possibly the most insane year we will ever have with our lives. Just one more month where we can get through with the holidays and we can start fresh with the next (maybe? I hope at least). So with this new month, I also started some new stuff to work on this week!

- Released my editorial of The History of Epic Mickey: Originally planned to be released last week to coincide with around the time the game was released (but pushed back due to my computer problem), I knew that I wanted to do something special for Epic Mickey's 10th anniversary. I mean, after making several videos inspired by the game like some reviews, The Epic Mickey Files, my painting and mentioned it in even more videos, it's kind of inevitable for me to make a video talking about the history of the franchise. There probably could've been more I would've talked about (especially with some of the scrapped concept of the games like how a whole Robin Hood or Jungle Book level was close to being in the sequel or go more into what Warren Spector wanted to do for Epic Mickey 3), but there was already a lot to say on the story of the franchise's 3-year history. It was also really fascinating to learn some of the origins too like the possible reason why Bob Iger brought Oswald back to Disney was because of this game, so even I've made some discoveries along the way when bringing out my research materials that were surprising. It was fun returning to the Wasteland and it does give me an additional appreciation to the game. It brought me back to when I was excited about the game 10 years ago.

- Writing Part 13 of AL: Walt Disney Animation Studios +: And with one big project done this week, I jumped to another with Part 13 and now I'm back in the time where there is quite a bug story to tell with these individual features. Again, the last part was meant to establish the transition from the Eisner era to the Iger era where Bob, John and Ed made some significant changes to Disney Animation and Pixar that lead the studios to become where they are today. Now that I'm here, you can definitely expect the parts to become bigger and will be doing more research than usual to find out about the facts on these movies, especially now that I"m in the modern times where most of the info we can find is mainly on the internet. As you're reading this, I'll probably finish up the script by this weekend and soon start the recording (that or maybe in the beginning of the week, depending on how much needs to be written). Hopefully, this time around, I won't have any technical problems and have enough time to make this one special and fun.

And that's honestly it for this week. With my work, it's just preparing another big part for AL:WDAS+ and hope to have time to get it done before Christmas. Now with this new week, let's make this final month count and make the most out of the holidays with the limitations we have. Regardless of what happens, it'll go better than when I had to pay for all those repairs last month. So, until next time...

See ya later, dudes!

Keep up the great work, Mat! It’ll be great to continue the story from where your original Disney lookback left off 10 years ago.
