We are almost up to the point the original Disney Animation Lookback ended. Boy how time flies.

I hope Animat lampshades this and goes something like "And now for the plus part of this series!"

In early 2010... Mat: "Don't ever try to cast someone from Disney Channel in your films... EVER AGAIN! (cut to the Jonas Brothers' decapitated heads on spears)" (In the June 2012 commentary: "I will admit when I made that, it was actually very therapeutic...") In late 2020: No mention of Miley Cyrus or the Disney Channel at all. Keeping this video concise is the way to go!

Next Time on ALWDA+ Welcome to The Second Disney Renaissance (and hopefully the last part of ALWDA+ maybe?) On a Side Note: I like how the ending clip is different from the YouTube upload but still keeps the spirit of the next part

Another awesome lookback video. This part of Disney Animation was definitely the time when Disney was really not doing good. After Chicken Little I do think they were slowly but surly stating to improve. In fact I personally find Meet The Robinsons to be pretty underrated, not great or one of my favorite Disney films, but I do think it deserves more attention than it gets, and I actually really enjoy Bolt. But next time we are going to be entering into Disney's second Renaissance, and I can’t wait. Keep up the good work Mat and Logan.

I’m still trying to comprehend how trainwrecks like Chicken Little could make more money than both Treasure Planet and Lilo & Stitch... well, great lookback Mat!

I’m not gonna lie, the reason I didn’t immediately click on this video when it was uploaded is because I wasn’t looking forward to this episode because it really highlights the worst period in Disney’s history with the near death of hand drawn animation and the release of Disney’s absolute worst films Home on the Range and Chicken Little. And this is going to be controversial, but I’m gonna say it.... I hate 2004. That’s right. I said it. Come and get some.
