Update Blog - 6/27/20 (Patreon)

There are some weeks when you just need a bit more of a break and enjoy life instead of continuously working. This was one of those weeks. Not to say I didn't do any work recently, but does explain why there isn't as much major progress than before. But I at did manage to accomplish a lot and can talk about it here.

- Released Part 8 of AL: Walt Disney Animation Studios +: Many have long anticipated for this part, especially when it gets into the peak of the Disney Renaissance and it has finally arrived in a big way...literally! Only by a few seconds, this is the 2nd longest part I've made of this series next to the first, and this is just talking about 3 movies! Anyways, because of the length and the subjects I talked about, this is also one of the hardests so far to put together because there's just so much information about these films and I took more time reorganizing all the info in order to have it be an understandable story of how each movie got made. But at the end, I'm glad of what I've made and made the hype worth it in a big way. Also, there are 3 other people that need a shoutout for making this. Logan, of course, for trying something new with his animations by having more dialogue in them and BigApplePie and DaWillstanator for their vocal performance as Michael Eisner and Jeffrey Katzenberg respectively, especially Will for stealing the show with his bombastic Jeffery moments. There's still a bit more in order to finish up the Disney Renaissance, but that will be for another day when I"m ready to go back to Disney.

- Writing and Recording the next Top 10: As I've said, I've spent some days outside of working like either partying with friends or taking care of other things in my personal life, along with a lot of work and prep up for this week's podcast episode with all the news flooding in. So I had a lot going on at the same time. However, with the time I did have to spare on videos, I managed to move things forward with my upcoming Top 10, including finishing up the script ad make sure everything is well organized, the list itself feels legit and reasonable to me and then get to the recording like doing the narration and even a little filming. So now I'm at the point where I'm just putting all this together and pretty excited to see this one take shape. I've had a lot of fun thinking of ideas and gags, so it helps me get excited to get back to work when it's working on a project like this.

So that's all there is to say for this week. Told you there isn't a whole lot to say, but I know I'll have more time next week and more time for editing. But rather it be partying or working on a Top 10, I know I'll be having fun! So, until  next time...
