After seeing a certain event in v0.0.5, and meeting a few other conditions, you'll be able to wander about in your birthday suit. NPCs will react accordingly. Being naked will affect most interactions in one way or another, including combat!

• Named NPCs will comment on it, and you won't be able to have normal conversations with them. This is a change from SS, where I felt that nudity didn't seem like enough of a big deal to major characters, even though there is some inconvenience to it, since you'll need to go get dressed to move on with quests requiring NPC interactions.
• Generic NPCs will comment on it, and unique "nudity" skits are added to various playlists.
• You'll passively gain exhibitionism XP and randomly gain a bit of Meila corruption as time passes with you naked in public places, so it's a good way to grind toward being able to masturbate or urinate in public.
• Certain places, like shops, will refuse you entry if you're naked.
• In combat, every time you start a combat round naked, you gain the "appeal" aura. This aura massively reduces your defense, but inflicts a small number of lust stacks on the enemy passively. 

In the future, as more areas are added, areas where nudity is illegal and could get you in trouble will also be added, in addition to more fleshed out flashing and exhibitionism activities! Further combat-based effects and unique combat and field abilities only possible while naked are also planned!
