Just a quick note since it's been (I think) four months now since patrons have been charged: normal billing for patrons will resume starting in November. Version 0.13.2 will be out before the end of the month, there's really no way it won't be unless like a meteor falls on my house or something, so we'll get back to our normal monthly billing for the foreseeable future starting then.

I'll announce features and release date info for v0.13.2 soon. Reminder that this update will be coming to everyone at the same time, so free users will get all the v0.13 content (except the cosmetics) when this update arrives!
