Feedback for v0.3 (Patreon)

I'm collecting some feedback on the current version. I will use this feedback to improve the game, and I'd appreciate any responses. I estimate the form should only take a few minutes to fill out, however there's an option to provide out more detailed feedback on a bunch of specific things you can use if you have the time.
