Dr. Johnson - Redesign improvements (Patreon)

Hey guys! We are working hard in the next update 0.11 with  Dr. Johnson, there is greater content coming soon! We are improving some of the old designs from the firsts versions. And here is Dr. Johnson redesign.

This time MC will help in the Dr. Johnson treatment for Angelina. She  has a frigidity problem and can't experience pleasure in her marriage, so Dr. Johnson will train our MC to please and solve Angelina's problem and thus save her marriage.
