animation preview & new patron welcome (Patreon)

Something I'm in the middle of making for promo. I never formally learned animation so I'm fiddling around and teaching myself.

I really appreciate everyone who joined me last month after I linked the patreon in the demon street author's notes. I'm comfortable talking about it a little more here in this more private space. The wheels of publishing, and therefore my entire livelihood, are moving very slowly in the pandemic, and as a result it's been about half a year without a "real" paycheck, but nonetheless half a year of hard work anyway. I really appreciate everyone who has become a patron, especially in light of the multiple oral surgeries I have just, and will need to again, pay for out of pocket. 

That having been said, from what I've been told I believe Beetle is selling well and might be translated into a couple of new languages soon (unfortunately the languages it is published in are completely up to which non-english-speaking publishers are interested, not my own willingness to have it translated!). For those not aware, it's in the nature of publishing to make you recoup all the money they pay you to live on while you make the book before you see any money from selling copies, which is why good sales don't mean that I get paid. Again, your support is genuinely very important to me making more books, rather than going back to work at a grocery store. Thank you!
