sometimes i break. The current month is unproductive. Many people will not be happy with the job this month. But there are still a couple of days.

It's very hard to make yourself work. I am trying to find reasons how to motivate my work. But any method sooner or later stops working. I didn't do morning cardio today and it helped ... hands hurt
