Because I love cats.

Duke, Boss, Chief, King, and Rex have all been replaced with the indestructible queen cats: Duchess, Bonbon, Checkers, Princess, and Regina. Because not everyone feels the need to overcompensate by teaming up with other people with names relating to leadership.

Also I couldn't find a good female equivalent to "boss" that would also make a good cat name. And "Chieftess" continued to be suggested. But I continued to ignore it cuz I couldn't bring myself to name anything that.
