Heliadoran ref sheet (Patreon)

Still gotta design the world, but it's basically a small forest planet. It has a tropical feel to it, hot sun, long days. It has short winters, that consist of a brief monsoon season. Regular rain otherwise. 

Many of them have made homes in giant hollow trees, but not to the point where they destroy parts of the tree. They build their home around them. Many simply take shelter under the canopy or out in the open. If its too rainy to bear, they will take shelter in the aforementioned large trees. 

They absorb sunlight or any light from the glowing mushrooms. They’re capable of eating other creatures for sustenance if its been too dark. They can drink by standing in water or drinking it through their mouths.

They’re mostly peaceful, but some of the animals eat them. When driven to, they will often kill the animal as a group and leave the body near weak plants. 

As far as reproduction goes, similar to plants. Pollination and all that jazz. Seeds grow, and when they look like this, they come out of the ground. Single and ready to flamingle.
