How would you like me to be more engaged here? (Patreon)

Looking at my exit surveys the second-most common reason people stop pledging is because I'm not engaged enough. I don't get a lot of comments from different people so its hard to tell who actually sees my stuff and even more difficult to know what people are thinking. How shall I work on this?
