- Update target Android version. New installs on Android 13 and later will need to take extra steps to enable Masked Mode.
- Add options to reset frame size and position.
- Add option to disable widgets force reloading when shown on screen.
- Don't append normal logs to debug log file unless debug logging is enabled.
- Fix Direct Dial widget.
