CellReader 0.20 (Patreon)

This is a pretty big release of CellReader for one main reason: you can now reorder the items shown in the signal strength (red) and signal info (green) cards!

Tap the up arrow at the bottom of the screen and then tap the settings gear to see the reordering options. Move items below the "Advanced" separator to hide them behind the expand arrow or move them above to make sure they're always visible.

It isn't currently possible to reorder the items in the SIM info (purple) cards, and likely never will be since there are just too many different data objects being read there.

Aside from the reordering, there are some other changes:

- Fix some ARFCN calculation issues.
- Add prompt to grant background location access.
- Crash fixes.
