Root Activity Launcher 24/25 (Patreon)

Root Activity Launcher 24 has the following changes:

- Make error messages more informative with a dialog.
- Work around an issue on Android 13 where mismatched explicit Intents would fail to launch.
- Fix component count not updating when filters are applied.
- Replace Twitter link with Mastodon link.
- Fix crashes.

Update: Please download version 25 instead, which fixes a crash introduced in version 24 when creating shortcuts.
