Overlay Manager is now compatible with Android 12! What does that mean?

Well, first off, a bunch of dependencies have been updated. I've also migrated away from using Chainfire's deprecated libRootJava and libsuperuser libraries to using Magisk's libSU. If it went well, rooted users shouldn't see a difference.

Android 12 introduced Fabricated Overlays to help with Material You and dynamic accent colors. These overlays can be enabled and disabled like normal, but Overlay Manager needed some changes to deal with them properly.
