Root Activity Launcher 14 (Patreon)

Here's a smaller update for Root Activity Launcher.

This version adds some extra social links for Telegram and Discord, and organizes all the social links in a sub-menu. It also fixes the Patreon link, which was missing a colon after "https".

On top of that, there's a workaround for devices running Android Marshmallow to avoid a bug that would cause some apps not to show up. This workaround isn't perfect and may result in some apps missing Activities, Services, Receivers, or meta information that should be shown. This bug only affects Marshmallow and possibly Lollipop, so other Android versions are still using the original method. Users on Marshmallow and Lollipop may notice long loading periods depending on the number of installed apps.

And finally, this version comes with updated dependencies and some crash fixes.
