Progress 'Jan20 Affect3D Set 2': [####------20%----------]

And I wanted to ask. What do you think of Renpy (engine for visual novels)?
Maybe I should show the images through it.
There you can make smooth transitions, play cyclic animations.
If I make it through renpy it will be .exe file.

What do you think?

I really preffer jpeg and mp4, because i can have it in my ipad. When it will be .exe, im not able to do it. This "girl" is really pretty. Only bad its that she has a dick :D :D

Yes, this is probably the only minus, I can not port it to iOS (on Android I can). But I can do both versions. Just creating a renpy version will take time (3-7 days). Perhaps this is not interesting to anyone at all and then I will waste time in vain.

If you do both of version its up to you. My preferences are like i said. But i think that most of us dont need renpy :)

Great work! I generally prefer jpeg and mp4. That said, if there's some extra ability added then I suppose I can deal with it. Usually though there's nothing added that can't already be done on the PC.

Anything .exe is going to wind up being Windoze Only, which I would NOT recommend. I myself am an Apple user (iMac and iPad) so any sort of .exe format is basically a lockout/go away from a creator. I honestly think you're much better off sticking with .jpg and .mp4 formats. For one thing, smooth transitions can be done too in a .mp4 recording, even if all you're doing is (slowly...) "sliding" the camera around the (still frame) image before disolving/fading into the next image in order to "tell the story" in a kind of story format as a sort of "screensaver-ish" presentation alternative to just loading up the .jpg files into whatever viewer you use to look at them sequentially under manual control. The only added "cost" of doing a .mp4 version of the .jpg files like that is the time (and disk space) needed to edit the still images together into a (barely) moving pictures story format that gets recorded as an .mp4 but which isn't an actual "animation" like you did with Elf's Quest 1. Hope that helps you, Hold.

No, transitions are the work of an image viewer. Mp4 file consisting of images in the form of a presentation is nonsense)) I was just looking at a set of images on MEGA in Slideshow mode. It looks much nicer than in the standard Windows image viewer. But it seems that no one is interested, I will make a Renpy version, last of all if I have free time.
