This is really cool!! Learning languages is really difficult, I'm learning danish at the moment as I'm planning on going there for my year abroad study for uni, so I totally understand the struggle. It's awesome you know so many languages though! I'd love to see more like this :)

It's nice to see you too. Oooh, you are so talented at many different languages. I hope you feel better and don't get terribly sick! You are so well versed and good at explaining as many details about words and the language. I'm so impressed! The sound of your voice when you speak russian thouuugh! Surprised you never went into teaching. I know a few japanese words and that you mostly seem to speak your phrases backwards, but that is the best I have at it. This WAS NOT TERRIBLE! I would love more. x

Ugh, languages. I was recently in France after living in Quebec for almost a decade (natively from the US) and realizing just how wrecked my French was, but the proper accent came back immediately, which incidentally was v misleading about my proficiency. Good times were had by all, haha. I'd love to hear more in Russian, as I do adore the sound. Welsh was sometimes lovely, sometimes not, (I did some grad work in Bangor) but I'd love to hear it again!

Wow, you went to Bangor?! Wales is a funny place... Maybe I'll do a russian one next ☺️

Danish is difficult! A lot of Scandinavian languages are very challenging. And thanks, I'll definitely do some more like this! x

Late to the party on commenting on this, but I loved it. Would love a Russian lesson too at some point :) I kind of set aside learning Russian several years ago when I ran into a wall with it but I love hearing it again, it all comes back to me (the little I did learn). Not terrible whatsoever :) super pleasant
