Hey Patrons!

This month's Patron show will be going live soon but in the meantime I wanted to share a sneak peek at one of the highlights of our tape archive thus far.

In among the HDCAM tapes I managed to find two which contained 1080p recordings of the broadcast feed for probably the most famous E3 press conference of all time. This not only means that for the first time EVER we have 1080p recordings of some of the best memes of all time, but also several trailers that were previously never seen at that resolution. Games like Final Fantasy 13 and Metal Gear Solid 4. You can watch these on the channel right now.

So before we release the full press conference online I wanted to share it with you - the people who made this whole affair possible. So sit back, grab some popcorn, and enjoy E3's like the good old days. Except now with way better resolution! 

PS: there are 2 minutes of footage in the middle that are missing (during a Tiger Woods tech demo) - presumable when they were swapping tapes. A small price to pay I'd say but we're keeping are eyes out for that footage in the tapes.

PPS: Yes it took them 2 minutes to swap to the correct camera at the start of the actual livestream too, hah.
