Hey Patrons,

The first video this month is one we hadn't planned for. We got the call a few weeks ago that The MADE - Oakland's video game museum that we've filmed at a number of times - was having to close down immediately due to Covid-19. So we drove over to interview Alex Handy about the work they've done over the past 10 years, how they are working to store the museum and when the place is likely to return.

This video is heartbreaking as games preservation and history are topics I care deeply for, and the MADE is a place I've always wanted to visit, but never have been able to. I couldn't give much, but I really hope it raises the funds it needs.

Yea in fact the landlord's were particularly nasty here. We didn't get into it because it's ongoing but they were really taking the piss.
