Hey Patrons!

It's been a few weeks since the last update so I thought I'd give you a heads up on where we are. In this unedited, chatty, laid-back, update video I talk about the status of our upcoming projects, how we're handling the work-from-home pivot, the business side, the games I've been playing and what to expect from us over the next 3-4 months.

As ever if you have any questions about what's talked about in the video or otherwise, stick them in the comments!

I keep forgetting to ask this, but what is the microphone you are using and is hooked up directly to the camera or another device? Great update!! Loving the Outer Worlds videos so far!

In this case it was hooked up to the same machine - hence the little bit of drift on the capture. It's a Shure SM7B connected to a Scarlett 2i2 USB interface. Hope this helps!

Looking forward to that new show! And the Arkane docs! Even if the later half of the year might not be to good for your output, at has been amazing so far, and sound like that'll continue for atleast till the summer! Oh and btw, still planning on doing some live streams or playthrough recordings like Alyx? Or you rather enjoy the games you want to play in peace? :P You do you, no pressure, just wondering! ;)

You're right, this is a good time to up to early access. 🙂 Thanks as always for putting out these great docs, they're something nice to look forward to in these weird times. Doing our best to stay safe (and sane) over here in Scotland, hope you and the family, and everyone at Noclip, are staying safe too.

When you have brought it up before I have been against ads, as that seemed core to the NoClip 'product'. However if putting up short ads on the old docs brings you in some of googles cash mountain AND it adjusts the algorithms in you favour it seems hard to maintain that stance... and I would now back ads on old docs (old being left to your own definition!)

Thank you for keeping us posted! Noclip content continues to be a way for me to relax after a long week and hearing all the back-end production stuff inspires my own side video project!
