In the first of two docs coming to the channel before the end of the year, we talk with the folks at Supergiant Games about their maiden voyage into independent video game development. Massive congrats to Jeremy for editing this feature, I think it's one of our best. And to our friends at Giant Bomb for letting us use their old Building the Bastion footage in our work - it was invaluable in telling this story.

This also marks the first release since "Noclip 2.0" began at the new studio which means we have officially entered the new era of Noclip with more docs, better produced, more frequently. See you next week for Outer Wilds.

Very good. Love the minimal style of this one. No VO no intro from you, let your subjects do the talking. I might be bias this is one of my all time fave games, this really did it justice and brings some insight that the GB doc didn’t touch on. It felt incredibly personal and really sets up the on going story of Supergiant. Classy stuff Danny!

Great work on this one, Jeremy! I'm really enjoying the focus on Supergiant, what a great team. Looking forward to your Transistor and Pyre docs. Coupled with the ongoing Hades coverage, I haven't felt this "close" to a studio since the 'Double Fine Adventure' docs (and I mean that as a tremendous compliment, what a series that was).

Thanks Riccardo! Yea I'm a big fan of that series, it's been collaborating with them. Looking forward to continuing the story of Hades into 2020.
