Hey folks!

I'm back from paternity so we have a lot to talk about.

In this month's Patron Show I update you on my October project, our new merch, updates to podcast & bonus level, plans for a big funding drive, the future of Noclip and loads more.

Oh and I've started VLOGing on my personal channel, sort of in the style of this video, so if you're interested in that check out https://www.youtube.com/dannyodwyer

Gonna do a follow up video answer your questions so stick them in the comments below!

Hey Danny! All the projects of the past 2 years have been amazing, and I can't wait to see the docs coming out in year 3. Jeremy, Esteban, Alanah and of course yourself have put in a lot of hard work into making noclip what it is now and here's to many more awesome collaborators and fun docs! :D

Hey Danny! Thanks for the updates! The merch options look AWESOME and the concept around your Half-Life concept is really interesting. Looking forward to the final product. My question: With the updates to the goals, do you also look at the tiers for any changes? Personally, I'm completely happy with what I'm receiving and I think you have engaging tiers, but I was curious if you take a look at the tiers in addition to the goals. Best of luck and have fun in October!

First off, welcome back! I really enjoyed the Spider-Man vlog and am looking forward to more. Now for the question, you've continually spoken about your desire to do more, but obviously, your workload is already pretty full. What are your thoughts on areas you'd cut or pull back on in order to make room for these new plans?

For project management, how do you track productivity and deadlines? I use a physical daily planner, a wall calendar, and a messy amount of digital notes. Still trying to find a system that works, how do you do it?

Welcome back! I actually like the Q & A format you tried when you were on paternity leave when it was 'written down' because it was more succinct and you seemed to get through more questions than you are able to in the monthly show (dude, you ramble a bit!). Is this a Q & A format you might go back to?

So, you need roughly twice as much funding to really crank production up. I'm assuming most Patrons are at the $5 level like me. Kinda insignificant. Not nothing, but not really felt as an expense. It may be far easier to convince those at the $5 level to jump to the $10 level than it would be to double the number of Patrons. I'm not much of a fan of the "side stuff", but for more docs? I can easily do that. Come on, $5 Patrons! Let's double it up and get more docs! It's as easy as that!

Hey Danny! You're going to hang out with Dan Ryckert soon... any chance for a Danswers reunion show while you're hanging out? Much love - Jacob from Windsor, Ontario, Canada.

Historial Docs?? :)

If you're going to end up around the Austin, TX area for λ and need an extra hand for anything, let me know! Glad to see you're creatively rejuvenated, that's a good energy. As always, looking forward to everything coming down the pipeline.

Not really a question but my girlfriend, who normally doesn’t play games, started watching the docs with me and really enjoyed them. I think the docs are a great way for non gamery people to understand more how a game is developed and what is needed in order for the project to come together. Also she told me to tell you she loves your cat.

I’m juuuust checking out this video and it is awesome to see how you planned this all out and now, in October - seeing how successful those plans turned out to be.
