Random piece that came to me. Was trying to radiate "magical girl villain" energy. Was also trying to create magical girl style uniforms but that stuff's hard, yo. So I kinda fell back on the classic "use a uniform style of clothing" approach. Maybe they're just from some elemental magic academy instead? Who knows!
